I've been doing professional real estate photography for several years and have developed a great system to take photos and deliver the images in a timely manner to the client (realtor). I understand the time crunch involved for getting a listing uploaded in the MLS and the impact for not having photos for a new listing. Images are delivered within hours of performing the photography and are numbered in the order of a walkthrough to create MINIMAL EFFORT for the agent with regard to uploading files for the listing.
I am an FAA certified drone operator (FAA Part 107 UAS License) and have more than 14 year of experience with unmanned air vehicles.
FAQ's
How Do Images Get Delivered?
I will perform the photography and edit the photos. After the editing process is performed, I'll upload the images to Google Photos and send a link for the images to be downloaded.
How Do I Pay For Photography?
I will send an online invoice or will accept cash or check in person. A digital receipt will be emailed if requested.
Do You Distort Room Sizes and Colors?
I do my best to make the houses look like they actually look. Sometimes rooms will look slightly distorted if it's a small room and I have to use a wide angle lens to get the details, but this is used very sparingly. I edit the images to reflect the room colors as much as possible. I don't perform photoshop to improve the overall "look" of the property.

Standard House

Standard house photos
(Under 4000sqft). Upcharge may be added for additional footage.
Drone Photography
$50
Drone photography is in addition to the
Standard House price.
Travel
$25
Travel cost will be added if location is outside the Decatur, Athens, Huntsville areas.
