About Me.

I've been doing professional real estate photography for several years and have developed a great system to take photos and deliver the images in a timely manner to the client (realtor). I understand the time crunch involved for getting a listing uploaded in the MLS and the impact for not having photos for new listings. Images are delivered within hours of performing the photography and are numbered in the order of a walkthrough to create MINIMAL EFFORT for the agent with regard to uploading files for the listing.

Videos will be delivered within 72 hours of capturing the footage. Videos take longer to process so there is a buffer for longer lead time. Usually this will be done sooner, but just depends on work load.

I am an FAA certified drone operator (FAA Part 107 UAS License) and have more than 14 year of experience with unmanned air vehicles.

FAQ's

How Do Images Get Delivered?

I will perform the photography and edit the photos. After the editing process is performed, The images will be uploaded to Google Photos and Videos to Google Drive. Links will be sent through text/email for downloading.

How Do I Pay For Photography?

An online invoice will be sent with the option to use a credit card. Cash or check can be used to pay in person. A digital receipt will be emailed if requested.

Do You Distort Room Sizes and Colors?

I do my best to make the houses look like they actually do in person. Sometimes rooms will look slightly distorted if it's a small room and I have to use a wide angle lens to get the details, but this is used very sparingly. I edit the images to reflect the room colors as much as possible. I don't perform photoshop to improve the overall "look" of the property.

Do you provide packages?

I will provide packages based on the requests. It will be a case by case quote due to the nature of Real Estate Photography. It just depends on the property size, location, and media requested.
